31 Jul Case Study #3
This is another project that took place throughout the summer of 2016; where we provided a rear extension, a new first floor and a complete refurbishment to a bungalow in Bebington. The shell included slate roof tiles, white uPVC windows and two sets of French doors; as well as a set of aluminium anthracite bi-folding doors, and a brand new composite entrance door. The first floor facilitated a new bedroom with an en-suite as well as a new landing and storage area; whilst the ground floor included a new bathroom, en-suite, WC, kitchen and craft room.
When inquiring for your initial quotation, it is worth noting that we can do as much or as little as you like. In this case we undertook the entirety of the project; which meant that all joinery, electrics, plumbing, plastering, decorating and structural works were completed by Palmer Developments. However in other cases we have constructed and handed over a secure and water tight shell only, which then allows the client to liaise with their own tradesmen directly to undergo the internal works.
How far would you want us to go for your project?
